Polish where required (Pounded P/L drags, etc). Replace worn, broken or bent-core pins. Inspect all ejector pins. Lubricate the complete ejector assembly. Stress relieve the cavities at 950 degrees F for 4 hours every 20,000 shots. Remove, inspect, and correct as required all slides, cam pins, and locking heels. When the components are reset in the tooling, check for proper fit, pre-load, slide action, and lock interference.
