A food service facility should include provisions for reheating practices within a facility's food safety program. The SOP Food Safety Hygiene Checklist: Reheating Food app outlines procedures for food preparation that requires reheating that will meet food safety practices. With the app, the user will find the policy and procedures for reheating during food preparation along with control measures and corrective actions if the integrity of the food is threatened. For example, before reheating food, an employee should check the temperature of the food and record in the reheating temperature log. Any food item that does not reach the appropriate temperature within two hours should be discarded. This app is useful for a food safety plan for proper food handling during the reheating process in order to make sure that food that has been reheated still meets food code.

Don't take our word for it...
“I’m not a tech guy and I was able to pick this thing up in probably an hour, and actually start to build apps. I’ve done them over lunch when I’ve gotten frustrated with a process that didn’t exist in our company. So for non tech people who’ve got a problem, the support here is awesome and I’d recommend it to anybody, not just in our industry.”
