Safety activities will encourage workers to have easy access to personal protective equipment as needed, have emergency equipment displayed, and promote a clean environment free of obstructions. After conducting this internal audit, employees will be able to identify areas they need to focus on and strive to improve in each area over time. The management team should support this effort by allowing workers to dedicate time to this process on a regular basis.
