It is useful to evaluate the accuracy of the information presented in the SCL throughout the on-site inspection. Is the description of the equipment in the plant to limit the consequences of major accidents provided? Is the activation of external emergency response and coordination with internal response described? Has the identification of installations, which need protection or rescue intervention been done? Are the elements necessary for drawing up the internal emergency plan (contained in questions under “Complete”) provided?
