The mobile form includes fields to document items such as critical control point ID, process step, monitoring activity/frequency, corrective action activity, and minimum CCP verification activities. Once the mobile app is filled out a secure PDF is generated. The PDF is easy to share, and a copy is stored in your account for your food manufacturing records. You can also use the App Builder to personalize and customize this mobile form. After each allergen changeover, prior to starting up, the equipment shall be inspected to ensure that there is no visible product residue on the product contact surface and other areas above exposed product zones. This inspection shall be documented. If the equipment is cleaned using a Clean in Place (CIP) or Assisted Cleaning System (ACS), review the documented equipment cleaning process, and the record of its completion. If during the inspection, allergen-containing product residue is visible or if the review indicates non-compliance with the Equipment Cleaning Process, re-clean the equipment surfaces to remove the residue prior to running the nonallergen (or different allergen) containing the product. If records review indicate that allergen containing visible product residue was not removed or the equipment clean was not completed prior to startup with the non-allergen-containing product or a product with a different allergen profile, place all of the affected product on Category 2 hold and notify Designated Quality Function to determine disposition. Hold/Release documentation is required. Corrective action must be documented.

Don't take our word for it...
“I’m not a tech guy and I was able to pick this thing up in probably an hour, and actually start to build apps. I’ve done them over lunch when I’ve gotten frustrated with a process that didn’t exist in our company. So for non tech people who’ve got a problem, the support here is awesome and I’d recommend it to anybody, not just in our industry.”
