This type of furnace is used for industrial work that requires high temperatures. In order to maintain proper heat, the system's thermometer must maintain accuracy and should be calibrated with specific calibration equipment. The Electric Furnace Record Form app can be used to document the process outlined in the Electric Furnace Calibration Procedures app. With the form, the app user will fill in basic details of the calibration procedure including who calibrated the device, the serial number of the device, and the ambient temperature at the time of the calibration. The app user will record the temperatures taken with the thermocouple wire at the lower, middle, and high ranges in the oven. The app lists requirements for standard temperature ranges. The app user can include any additional comments as well as the next calibration date. The app will generate a trendline based on the temperature measurement.
