Rules Relating to Drinking Water state that “No new construction, addition, or alteration involving the source, treatment, or storage of water in any system shall be commenced until the plans and specifications have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Department (DHHS).In order for the Drinking Water Program (DWP) to review a water system change proposal, pertinent information must be made available to properly review the request.
