Oscilloscope Calibration Procedure
An oscilloscope is an electronic test instrument for signal voltages.

The instrument typically displays the signal voltage as a two-dimensional plot of one or more signals as a function of time. The measuring instrument should be regularly calibrated with a calibration device for accurate measuring. The Oscilloscope Calibration Procedure app offers a standard method of calibration for the instrument. The app outlines the calibration equipment required for the procedure and the acceptable ambient temperature to conduct the calibration. The app user will begin by connecting the oscilloscope calibrator to the appropriate cable or connector on the oscilloscope being tested. The app user will select the frequency and scale for the frequency being generated by the simulator, set the frequency range within the given limits, and record the values displayed. The final step will be to set the DC voltage range and record those values, as well.

“I’m not a tech guy and I was able to pick this thing up in probably an hour, and actually start to build apps. I’ve done them over lunch when I’ve gotten frustrated with a process that didn’t exist in our company. So for non tech people who’ve got a problem, the support here is awesome and I’d recommend it to anybody, not just in our industry.”
