Missing Rental Equipment Report
People will often lease or rent equipment when they need a particular item for a short period of time.

A rental business owns the equipment, such as linens for a party, a vehicle fleet or construction equipment, that they then let others use for a specific amount of time for a fixed rate. Rental policies dictate that when the customer is in possession of the equipment, they are responsible for it. Aside from normal wear and tear, the customer will need to repair any items they break, however, when rental equipment goes missing, they may need to cover the cost to replace an item that is lost or stolen. Often, insurance will pay for the repair or replacement cost, but the customer will typically need to pay extra for the insurance coverage when they sign the rental contract. The Missing Rental Equipment Report should be used by a rental business when equipment is damaged or missing. It will outline the rental items the customer did not return or returned damaged, and maintenance above normal wear and tear that needed to be performed due to customer usage, or any additional charges that were outlined in the initial contract such as late fees. Customers should be sure to inspect all the property they rent before they take possession and notify the manager of any damage. Customers should carefully read and understand all rental policies and the insurance policy so they are aware of their responsibilities.

Don't take our word for it...
“I’m not a tech guy and I was able to pick this thing up in probably an hour, and actually start to build apps. I’ve done them over lunch when I’ve gotten frustrated with a process that didn’t exist in our company. So for non tech people who’ve got a problem, the support here is awesome and I’d recommend it to anybody, not just in our industry.”
