With this app, a health investigator will have an exhaustive questionnaire for gathering and documenting information about a potential case of measles. Disease control during a measles outbreak will be most effective if individual cases are managed and potential contacts to cases of measles are identified. With the app, the investigator will provide case identification and record clinical information such as the presence of maculopapular rash, date of onset of fever, other symptoms, and any health complications due to the infection. The app allows the investigator to capture Immunization history, vaccine dates and MMR doses, or proof of measles immunity.
