In order for a health care provider to be a part of the publicly funded immunization program, they must agree to certain protocol and immunization practices. The provider will agree to screen patients and document eligibility, provide free vaccines to all applicable patients, particularly in cases where the patient has no health insurance or there is an infectious disease outbreak. As part of the immunization program, the health care provider will maintain immunization records, register and report vaccines administered, when applicable, and participate in compliance visits. The health care physician agrees to follow immunization practices that protect the health and safety of those being vaccinated and to properly store and maintain inventories of vaccines. The physician agrees to replace free vaccines in comparable doses if they are deemed non-viable due to provider negligence.

“I’m not a tech guy and I was able to pick this thing up in probably an hour, and actually start to build apps. I’ve done them over lunch when I’ve gotten frustrated with a process that didn’t exist in our company. So for non tech people who’ve got a problem, the support here is awesome and I’d recommend it to anybody, not just in our industry.”
