A Well Owner must follow regulations for installation, upkeep, and maintenance of the well in order to protect the public water supply and ensure neighboring homes with groundwater wells also have safe drinking water. The Well Yield Test Procedures Private Wells: Field Data Sheet app is completed by a Well Owner or water well contractor with data and information about drilled wells. With the form, the app user will document well location, well owner information, and drilling contractor information. The app user will record water well data such as the casing depth and diameter and casing material. The app user will record pump data such as the type of pump and depth of pump intake, and test information and parameters such as static water level and maximum water level breakdown. The person completing the form should also submit digital photos of the wellhead, showing piping and nearby drainage areas.

Don't take our word for it...
“I’m not a tech guy and I was able to pick this thing up in probably an hour, and actually start to build apps. I’ve done them over lunch when I’ve gotten frustrated with a process that didn’t exist in our company. So for non tech people who’ve got a problem, the support here is awesome and I’d recommend it to anybody, not just in our industry.”
