The beer brewing equipment should be simple to maintain and clean, as well as have easily accessible controls. The Brewers Association of Canada - Pre-requisite Program - Equipment app should be used by brewers and brewmasters to determine if their commercial brewing equipment supports beer production and beer bottling safely and effectively. Brewhouse equipment such as fermentation vessels and the conditioning tank should be made of stainless steel to limit possible contamination. Water filtration and temperature should be closely monitored, and beer bottling equipment should be cleaned and free of debris. It is important that all the equipment be easily accessed for regular maintenance and inspection.

Don't take our word for it...
“I’m not a tech guy and I was able to pick this thing up in probably an hour, and actually start to build apps. I’ve done them over lunch when I’ve gotten frustrated with a process that didn’t exist in our company. So for non tech people who’ve got a problem, the support here is awesome and I’d recommend it to anybody, not just in our industry.”
