Leverage our Reference Data feature early and often to enhance your workflow by:
- Populating drop down menus: Instantly fill drop down menus with predefined lists, eliminating manual entry and ensuring consistency.
- Auto-populating fields: Automatically fill fields based on previous inputs, saving your users valuable time during data collection.
- Syncing with external sources: Seamlessly integrate and sync your data with external sources, keeping your information up to date and easily accessible.
This feature is ideal for managing lists of:
- Customers
- Employees
- Products
- Pricing
- Accounting codes
- Any other data specific to your business
In addition to Customers, Projects, and Sites that are integrated into the left navigation, Reference Data can also be imported using a Google Sheet, comma-separated value (CSV) files, syncing with your preferred data management tools (like Procore), or using GoCanvas web services.
